Christmas Party

I love everything about this time of year, the music, the shopping, the decorations, the parties. There is always something going on and so much time is spent with friends and family. The only bad part is that it really makes me miss all of you, my friends and family back home. Well, we went to a Christmas Party yesterday. There was so much fun stuff for the kids to do.There were 5 jumping castles, lots of games, coloring, face painting, mazes, huge slides, characters, etc. It was so fun to watch all of the kids together. Here are a bunch of pictures of the day and I hope you enjoy looking at all of them.

With Strawberry Shortcake and Blue.
Erin and Aidan.
Any time Aidan sees a penguin he thinks it's Happy Feet.
Kirsten, Aidan, Grace and Erin
On the bumper cars.

I think they had the most fun in the jumping castles. It was impossible to get Kirsten out. Brian and I had to crawl in and pull her out, kicking and screaming. She would have stayed in all day long if we let her.

Zoo Day

We went to the zoo last week so I thought I would post a few pictures from that. It was a pretty mild day so my sister-in-law Clare and I thought we would take advantage of it because once the cold weather hits up here, it's usually here for good. It didn't turn out to be quite as warm as we thought, but the kids enjoyed it anyways. Emily, if you are reading this, I always think of you whenever we go to the zoo, I sing your song........... "ohhhhhhhh, goin' to the zoo".
Kirsten and Michael trying to stay warm.
There is a little stage at the entrance of the zoo and everytime we go, the kids have to perform for us. Here they are "performing".

Aidan mesmerized by the otters. (They are pretty quick, I just missed him in the picture).

Santa Claus is Coming to Town

We went downtown to the Santa Claus parade yesterday. The kids enjoyed it for the most part. They were pretty cold though. We didn't get there early enough to get a good spot to watch so it was hard to see a lot of the actual parade. The highlight of the parade had to be that Mickey and Minnie Mouse were there. Even Brian and I found ourselves running to catch a glimpse. Pretty embarrassing, I know. What can I say????? We love Disney.

Here we go!!!

Well, here is my first attempt at the blogging world. Hope it turns out alright. I will add more pictures soon, once we see how this turns out. Please feel free to comment.

I figured what better way is there to start a blog than with Disney photos. We just went to Disney with our whole family. It was great to see all of the cousins (Ava, Savanna, Celia, Aidan, Jackie, Jordan and Kirsten) having so much fun together. They really did enjoy the trip.

All I can say is Thank you Mom and Dad again for this wonderful family vacation. We have made so many special memories that will last a lifetime. We love you so much!!!
